OCCUPANCY CERTTICATE OCCUPANCY CERTTICATE

1. I have taken an apartment in atgoan, shahpur (gramin) thane and the building has shown an occupancy certificate provided gram panchayat. But I have head that oc issued by gram panchayat is not valid for high rise apartment have G+3rd Floor.
Pls advice

A.dear client kindly contact the municipality or write to Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority. go through any local lawyer.

Thanks,the collector of Thane has issued commencement certificate u/s 45 and 58 of the Maharashtra regional and town planning act 1966 for undertaking construction on the said property and NOC of N.A.issued by gram panchayat atgoan
