A.Dear Client,
On account of a property on a join name, both the parties have equal rights over the same. Your husband cannot claim the property alone.

A.Hello Client,

As your property is jointly own by both of you, you both have equal right over the property. He can not claim your share of the property.

A.Hi client,

In that case you can ask him mutually to gift deed the rest in your favour. If you don't have clauses included in your agreement then your husband can claim the same as he too has an equal right over it.
If mutual settlement doesn't work, then send a legal notice.
