HMA sec 25 Hi, my wife was file dv act on me in that 18000pm maintenance given to her. Todays date I was give 9 lac and 13 lac remain to pay her. She also file divorce HMAsec 13 a , divorce sanction and 15 lac one time permanent maintenance is allow her. My question is that Shall I give her 13lac and 15 lac to her? or only 15 lac to her?????
