A.Get certified copy of the partition/settlement deed from the District Registrar or Sub Registrar office and file civil suit for cancelation of the deed on the ground of misrepresentation, fraud and undue influence. Thereafter file a partition suit. Parallely lodge a FIR for fraud and cheating against them.

A.Dear Shyamala V,
Get the Certified copy of the Registration and file a case immediately along with the reasons for delay. The best option for you would be to get a local lawyer specialized in Civil cases who knows the local language as well.
The other alternative for you would be to get an Advocate through Vidhikarya.com.
