Hello sir,
My father had one land. My father had two wifes,1st wife had two kids,i am one of them and second wife also had one kid, he have occupied whole land with out my knowledge. When i have asked him. Why you have did like this. Then he is threatening me and my wife. He will leave the country very soon. I wana stop him. And i want to drag him to court to solve the issue.
Please help me sir

A.dear client kindly file a partition suit immediately and give a public notification in the local newspaper so that he cannot sell the property while the case is sub judice.contact with lawyer.
