Amazon delivery fraud

Sir i ordered a purifier from amazon in exchange , when delivery boy came with product , i gave him otp for delivery but then he denied to deliver that exchange was not ready. And said he will come tomorrow to deliver the parcel . But then online he showed it delivered and never came back . Amazon say we cant help . What should i do
