Not getting my money back

I did investment of 25 lacs in A S agri and aqua LLP company in project in march 2021 which was said to be a pioneer in field of vertical farming . I suppose to get my money back in one year i.e. in 2022 march but they failed keep there promise. i have waited for 1 whole year to give them a time to establish and payback me , they havent paid us . Reason they are giving is GST case . I want to know what way should i take and what is right for me
