Illegal application of Art 33 of the constitution
A civil organisation has been categorized as Armed forces under article 33 of the constitution and are subjected to all sections of Army act and Army rules except sections dealing with recruitment. The same organisation is therefore come under two types of service conditions namely civil and Military. Article 33 clearly specifies the agencies on whom the title of Armed forces can be awarded.Is it open to the Government to classify any organisation as Armed forces without amendment to Article 33
