Is there any specific format for written application to be given to the S.D.O for diversion of agri land into industrial? If yes then please share

A.It varies state to state, although there is no particular format, and for converting an agricultural land you only need to file an application to the Magistrate and then accordingly after being convinced, the magistrate may issue Non-Agricultural Certificate to that part of the land.
