I want to file bigamy case first and after that divorce case. For bigamy tell me chances of my winning as having perfect proof of two marriage

Thank you sir for reply. Can she file any case against me like dowry, maintenance, alimony or mental cruelty. I don't want to give her any thing. I could be bankrupt also for that. Tell me law with her in my case. I will transfer all my income on my treatable person. If I need it. Any how I m not going to give her anything. And I don't want to file case against her second husband. I don't have any problem with him.

Thank you sir for polite suggestions. I have asked for legal help not social help. My mom is paralysed because of her. Some what madness also to my mom. Yes I did mistake to sign that papers but as my best knowledge it is waste paper. Even after filing joint MCD any of male or female can withdraw, I have just signed contract which is not legal. I have waited for her second marriage as her crime. So I can get my best time. In last 6 months my income is increased 15 times only with angerness with her. I don't care about waste of money but as my view it is investment for other guys like me. Indian law is with me. I have nothing hide to her. She left me because of joint family issue. With this issue she should not marry me. She can cancel marriage. But after marriage she left me in a single month. I will take only legal action. I m not going to do any legal crime. May be it is crime in eyes of society. But it doesn't effect Indian law. And m happy to hear that IPC-1860 497 is cancelled will be more happy if offence of bigamy transfer to cognizable offence. And you may have issue about how did I got her marriage certificate without doing any criminal activity. You can't understand it. Be pure professional.

Thank you mem for reply. As she has married to other person can she file any case against me? Can she demand alimony or maintenance? After signed agreement my income is increased 15 times. At that time my income was around 20k per month not increased more than 3lac per month. I m running business and changed business after she left me. I have change all background. Still I can transfer all income to other person income and I can be zero with income and property. I don't want to pay any this to her. Not after even my death. Can she file dowry against me?

Sir she can't file any case against u .. because she already married someone else.. with out giving u Divorce.. she signed Rs100 stamp paper.. that's not valid...
So u collect.. some solid evidence of her second marriage.. any how u r having her second marriage certificate copy that is enough.. now she can't file any case against u..

Yes it was socially accepted marriage, but my family is very cool family. They don't want to do anything. Because of her my mom is paralysed. I have all marriage photo copies. As witness of attending marriage all my family members may refuse, I m afraid of that only that. After filing case no one will support me. I will be alone. Only photos are enough?

See, it depends on the picture what it depicts, and as you are stating that your family member may not support you, so in this case, It will be difficult for you to prove the fact about your marriage.

Thank you sir for reply. I have both original invitation card from my side and her side. All photographs one witness who's car was my wedding car. I have All photos of angagement. We have done by our self pre-wedding photography. If any positive then, can I contact you through this website. I have gifted her mobile. So it was latest feature mobile on honeymoon trip only she has taken pics. I have very few photos of honeymoon trip. But I have some. She gave me back mobile with refreshed it. I have only pics which are shared on social media.
