I have purchased front of road side agriculture land in last year. But now I found it is back of land of road side land. And it's area is also less than purchasing (Registry) area, please help me what should I do.

A.If it is found there is any discrepancy on comparing the Schedule of property in deed of conveyance with the physical property then there is a scope to file a civil suit for cancellation of the sale deed and refund of the entire consideration amount. However, proper review of the documents is a must before initiating legal suit. Contact a local lawyer from Vidhikarya.
