My relative filed fake rape case on me at that time I was in Mumbai. Even though I was not their my village. How to get rid of this case

A. By citing the evidence get an anticipatory bail, and later a regular bail, at the time of framing charges file for discharge. Your advocate will take care of these all.

A. contact a local lawyer from Vidhikarya with the copy of the FIR, Charge sheet (if submitted) for quashing the FIR and criminal proceeding

A. Sir contact a lawyer near by your area..and respond to that case.. and ask them to prove infront of the court..
And attend all court dates.. regularly.. otherwise court may think.. u really did that crime..
