A. ) Will can be registered at the Office of the Sub-Registrar, established by the State governments under the Registration Act, 1908. There is stamp duty which is chargeable on Will registration. After drafting of the Will, a witness should accompany the testator to the Registrar for registration of the Will. After executing the Will, the registered Will can be deposited in safe custody with a banker or lawyer.

A. ) Dear Mr. Goyal,
How to register part will be done by the Registration Office.
How to do it/ This is the job of the Advocate.
You can do it if you are confidant.
Read a book... law of Wills.. by Gopalakrishnan- Universal-9 th Edition..Rs 1695
2.Second part... There is no standard rate like Bata or Maruti.. or Petrol or Disel.
You need to give not only money but also time to the Advocate.
Time is equally important.
