A.Yes husband and wife can become partners in business and there are multiple ways to do so. If it is Partnership firm then they have execute a partnership agreement. If it is an LLP then they can become partners and or designated partners. If it is Private Limited company then they can become the shareholders in the company. You decide which way you want to partner with then move ahead.
