A. One person Company (OPC) or sole proprietorship. For incorporating the OPC you can contact me for details. For sole proprietorship you need to obtain trade license from the corporation/municipality.

A. What is the mode of business operation that you thought about? If you want to run as a proprietorship then you do not need to register it and you can run it in your name. For this you can use your own PAN card, obtain the GST certificate, Trade License and start the business. You may need some more permits or licence depending on what business you are doing.

IF you want to run a Company then you can register a One Person Company with Ministry of Corporate Affairs. You will need help of Company Secretary to guide you and register the company and get rest of the documents in the name of the company.
