Can I know is Mumbai muncipal corporation act 1888, for development and construction applicable all over Maharashtra or is it only for Mumbai?

A.Brihanmumbai municipal corporation act 1888 is applicable to Brihan Mumbai Area. For the state of Maharashtra you can refer to Maharashtra Municipalities Act, 1965 and Maharashtra Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
