No Service in matrimony after received the amount of 3k

Hi we joined in a matrimony services for searching of bride. in matrimony services told that every week they will send 2 profiles, if you interested we will speak with the bride parents and arrange for the marriage but. After received the registration money only they send the profile of the bride only
But no response when we call to the matrimony services. Please let me know how to get back my money.

A.Dear Client It is well known fact there is fraud and deceit on such sites, so u should have known it. When we know the fact one is a fraud and deceit then we must not transect with such sites. U may take action against the site but the process is lengthy and costly.
