I was working as a computer in municipal corporation, 2 years ago I have left the work, now they are neither paying my provident found nor p.f.a/c no. I have written letter for this many but they are not answering me and threating me that we will complain against you in police by fake case. If I have not done any signature on any certificate or paper. can they put any change against me. Please give me suggestions. Thanks.

A.Write to the Provident Fund Commissioner if you know your provident fund account number. Else you can move the high court for appropriate directions
