Hi, I am 28 yr old and my gf is 21. I want to marry her and so does she...
Her family takes opposition and her father is a huge hurdel in our marriage.
He is principal in a school and spend great time with local police and politicians.

By these conditions, my family waits 3 years for their positive response but didn't get the positive response, So my family engaged me with other girl and we have a marriage ceremony after couple of day.
I truly love that girl and really want her in my life.

Her family was very rigid and mentally backwards and threat her that they will kill her , me and my family members. She even plan to escape but can't left home due to these issues..

Plz guide me ASAP...

A.Dear Client,
The decision can be taken by you if you are financially sound to take care of a young girl for the rest of your life or until she works.She has to take the decision as well.Your family at least need to support your cause.You need to convince your parents.Take action what deem fit, proper, and in the interest of both of you and families.

A.You should not do anything which is wrong or illegal. Since you both are adults so you can go ahead and get married in court as per the Special Marriage Act.

Thanks sir for your kind reply..
We both belong to same state but due to job I am in different state therefore I have no vitness in my native state.
As of now, I was also unable to take 2 vitness from my family.
Sir, If we take such step, what her father does with me and my family was disastrous.
He may also kill her(my girlfriend)...
Plz suggest ??

If her father kills then there is nothing that you or I can do except police taking the steps. So you think about it and then take a step to marry her or not. But yes as per the law no one can stop you both to get married.
