About sex chat and blackmailing

I m 28 , I had talked to an aged lady though what's app whom I've never seen or meet physically.. but i some how got involved with some sex chat.. but now she is blackmailing me to meet her or physical relationship with her otherwise She'll make it public or she might come to my house though she doesn't know my house... What should I do now sir?
