A person took my Bike wrongfully making promise that he would return in 1-2 hrs.. but he didn't and i had to file FIR against him after a week.
But, then some 2 weeks after FIR he parked my bike at appartement parking and gave keys to security guard

Now after 5 years the case is in the court.. my worry is that since i do not have any evidence what if he wins the case and then file a defamation case against me..

Plz guide me
