Drunk and Drive Drunk and Drive

I was caught drunk and drive in the year 2020(Feb'2020) and the Charge sheet was filed. I was told that I would be notified of the date but no intimation what so ever. since it was due to COVID times the cases were put on hold. But now I am planning to travel US for work but was wondering if this effects my VISA. Please clarify.

A.Hello Client,

Your appointed advocate is supposed to tell you the next date and notify you the further process. Get in touch with your advocate first.

Also have to check you bail confirmation order. If it’s mentioned in conditions that you can not travel out of you country and you don’t obliged to the order then it will be a offence.

Thus, kindly consult an advocate with all the documents related to the case.

Thank you
