Hi sir,
I have booked a truck to transport my glass display worth rs.20000 from buyer place to my place.
As soon as its loaded warned the driver regarding the safety but assured nothi will happen.

so by the time he reaches its broken - i have not taken the goods & not paid the service charge also

the service provider not ready to reimburs the amout even after the driver accpt the mistake

kindly suggest what should i do

A.Dear Mr.Selvam,
Better to approach the Consumer Court if you can not decide among yourselves and the
Court will decide the case.

A.You can approach to consumer court also where u have not paid the court fee up to 5 lakh rs

A.You are entitled to damages & cost as per the Act.You can take assistance of Local Lawyer from the panel to do all the action,also file suit for recovery.
