Hi, I have filed divorce to my wife on cruelty against me. She has past adultery ....but after knowing that I have stayed with her for five years. But I want to divorce her now....can I use this. By using it can I show cruelty against me. Now I somehow got the SMS data of her past adultery through police is it sufficient to prove adultery. If any confession msg is there then adultery can proved . Pls clarify my doubts. Can any one can tell evidence against her it is useful.
