Hi
I need help please
I registered my marriage in Pune and i have issues with the certificate i received.
The format that the certificate has (as for my name)
" 'First name' 'Husbands middle name' 'Husbands surname' " (first name last name)
I only want my maiden name(old name) in marriage certificate due to some important issue.
Is this possible? Are there any possible solutions to this?

Kindly help please

A.Dear Sir,
File a representation before marriage registering authority and if they do not consider your request then approach High Court which has vast powers to issue any directions as prayed by you.

For full procedure contact me on mobile through Vidhikarya.
