I pledged my property for purchase of fishing boat. I am not a fisherman. They defaulted in paying dues. Can a get stay order in highcourt for not auction my property.

Once you singed the agreement as a guarantor then you are as liable to pay as the borrower and if the bank is not able to get the repayment from the borrower then they have all the rights to recover money from you or your property.
I don't think the court will be able to provide you any relief.
