I am a GOVT SERVANT in ARMED FORCES and my wife has lodged complaint against me in my department pertaining to dowry and domestic violence etc which is absolutely false. MY department is not giving me copy of complaint officially and as well as means of RTI, saying that it is exempted being Armed forces. In what all ways I can get a copy of it as the enquiry date is nearing by. Kindly guide pl.

A.Dear Sir,
It relates to you personally as such copy of the complaint cannot be denied, just approach higher authorities to get a copy of complaint and also approach High Court and get a stay against your employer not to take any action against you or reduction in salary in order to pay to your wife etc until a competent court of law passes order against you. The employer has no authority to examine such family issues.

A.Has your department taken any action on the complaint? As and when they do so they will disclose the details to you or else you can demand it to be disclosed. They cannot persecute you without citing the reason. So don't worry.
