You may approach the High Court if it is Government Company or approach Labor Commissioner under Section 12 of Industrial Disputes Act.

A.Dear Mr.Singh,
First, you can go your higher officer and give him/her your application explaining your position.
Next step is to go to the Court of Law against the illegal termination order.

If you were working at clerical level then you should refere your matter to labour court and if were working at officer or manager level then you will have to move the administrative tribunal.
