File not sent by High Court to lower court File not sent by High Court to lower court

My maintenance case was restored by the High Court and was to be admitted in Rohini court 3 week later. But even after 3 months the file has not come to the lower court. Please help

A.Dear Ms.Aneja,
You need to go to the High Court. Trace your file.Ask the concerned Clerk to send the file at the earliest.You work can be started only thereafter.
Either you do it or ask your Advocate to do it on your behalf.
