Want Divorce over Wife threatening to file false dowry case

Recently completed 1 year in marriage. Sikh by religion, living in DelhiNCR. Starting from the 2nd week of marriage, my wife started torturing by asking for divorce. This continued for several months. I have every proofs about this mental harassment on messages.
Also started threatening for suicides. Have audio recording proof of her admiting to threaten by suiciding.
She and her father also threatened me directly to file fake dowry case during an argument. I again have proof in audio recording and message when later she admitted that she will file fake dowry case and that her father told to do so.
She also asked me to get separated from parents and is asking to choose either one. I again have messages regarding this as proof.
Now, I want to really get divorce and I want to ask here if I can use these evidences and do a complaint first in police station stating that my wife is mentally harassing me, doing suicide attempts and threatening me to file fake dowry case. Will these help me getting a divorce from her easily without getting into any trouble?

But If I will ask for mutual divorce, I am going to get false dowry case in return. So I want to file divorce by doing a complaint based on these proofs. Will it be complicated by this process?
