may i knw the procedure of divorce.nw case is in counseling stage. if he agree to give divorce how the procedure of divorce will takes place?

A.if the husband is agree to give divorce than both of you has to file Mutual Divorce which will take 6-7 month time.
If either party doesnt agree to give divorce then contested divorce will take place . filing petition, then opposite party will reply to all allegations, after that Evidence stage will come it generally take Minimum 11- 13 month time.
