Two wheeler exchange

I have exchanged my two wheeler for a new bike from sapphire honda on Jan 2017. The company took my old bike is credr. After two years i realized that they have not done the rc transfer after receiving several tickets for traffic violation. I don't have the delivery note with me now. I have contacted credr and they said transfer will happen in a few days which at the moment i cannot believe kindly suggest.

Since you have not changed the ownership it is your fault and you have to pay for the mistake.
In case of doubt get in touch with your local RTO Office and the Office will explain you the law and how much to pay.

A.Go to the nearest police station and register your complaint against them. Or informe to the RTO office
