Dear Sir,
My committed suicide after our marriage of 1 and half year. All things are going smoothly with me some issue is with my mother and wife she wanted to separate me from my only mother younger brother and sister as i am the only earning person. and I didn't listen her for this . I have many photos with her in that it shows she was happy with me but always some family issue arise with my mother before committing her suicide we visit to puri with family to refresh with this type of issue .
My sasur have charged me section 306,406,498
My wife brothers and jijas and jijas relative are witness .pls advise in this case

A.Dear Sir,
If charge sheet is not filed go for quashing of FIR before High Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. If charge sheet is filed then file application before Trial Court under Section 239 of Cr.P.C of discharge. On merits you will be discharged without trial.

A.Abetment of suicide would apply if you had in any way helped her to commit suicide her or induced her for example by suggesting to her that she should. Otherwise you have a good case and you will be acquitted. However, it may be very difficult to get quash or discharge, because it was just 1.5 years from marriage and she had been residing with you. You might have to face the trial, but you will be acquitted as long as you have not really helped or induced her suicide.
