Registering Flat Owners Association

Past 30 years wirh out registering 16 owners of flats being carried out now second owners not interested to register our association where first owners are keen to register to ensure title of owner ship. Pl advise to register association with all owners.

A.Flat Owners can register themselves under Apartment Ownership Act enacted by respective State Govt
Reach out to Housing Deptt of respective State Govt for proper guidence in the matter. Further Owner or Developer can not prevent you from formation and registraion of an association to meet the common interest of Flat owners.
