Unable to Take the order copy out

Namaskaram,
We have approached high court and filed a Writ petition requesting the Honorable High Court AP to stop the Government building construction in my land. Perusing the matter the Honorable court extended the stay order and granted 4 weeks of Stay on 10-Dec-2018.
But, we are unable to take the copy out as the office clerk is very irresponsible and advocate is completely relying on him still. Could you kindly suggest me if there is any other quick way to take the order out.

Your Advocate should have prayed for urgent copy to the Hon'ble Judge on payment of Urgent Fees as per the law.Still you can do.
Unfortunately there is no Emergency ward like you have in the hospital.You have to follow the rules and regulation/procedure.
