A.Kindly rectify the same first and then apply for a passport.

You can request the passport authorities to accept other documents regarding Don. But you cannot as of right claim

You can not get Passport without death of birth.
Secondly, you might get in to trouble because of the mismatch of DOB in different certificates.
Thirdly, follow the guidelines /instruction given in the Passport before filling up the Form.
You can get Tatkal Passport immediately. Most important is correct your DOB in your certificate.
This is simple.
