If any person in the jail or under trial if he is demanding study ( any steam)in the jail which act IPC or crpc allowed him.

As of right an under trial cannot claim further studies. He must refer the provisions of Jail Manual and seek such facility.

A.Yes. a prisoner has every right to get educated and get a degree . But it is all done with open universities where correspondence courses are allowed.
