Regular hearing for the bail petition in high court was continued until the summer vacation announced. Court reopened but hearing date is still not given.
My question is whether my lawyer has to choose the date for case listing to new bench Or it is the court registry team which will do it?
A.You may approach your Lawyer for filing a petition before the Hon'ble Court praying for transfer of the Case to other benches for an early hearing of the bail petition provided your Lawyer feels it necessary and expedient.
