Agreement violation

Agreement states as "The author will get a pre-order of 25 copies of the book at the price mutually decided by the
publication in 15 days. In case of failure, the remaining copies will be purchased by the author
within 2 days personally from the publication. The remaining copies will be purchased at the
price of Amazon’s listed price, and the delivery fee will be charged as same as Amazon’s for
each copy." - without author's consent they listed the price in Amazon and now asking to pay for 25 books.

When the action of either party in a contract or agreement violates or breaks the condition of the agreement, that stands null and void. and the party who violates the agreed conditions can not seek any relief outrightly treating the matter as granted.
