Sir my lawyer has putup a application in court stating that i have gone to sp Dm ssp the case was about money they didnt help me and same application he has send to igrs where such thing(sp dm ssp) didn't happen after taking mysignature my worry is that can court call sp dm although police has inquire the matter that is akhya is my lawyer made me fool please tell the remedy also

Not everyone govt. official has the right or authority to help or do anything unless they have been given power to. It may happen that your Lawyer has done the right thing. I would suggest that you bring out all the facts of the case then ask some lawyer to advise you.
