Q. RUDE BEHAVIOUR

I bboked Ola Cab on hire.At the time of taking the cab I asked the driver to stop the car for a few minutes on the way to my destination, as it was too cold outside and I wanted to have a cup of tea. The driver did not stop the car and was also arguing with me that as per Ola instruction to drivers not to stop the car in the middle. When complaint to Ola, the company apologised for the rude behaviour. I asked Old to refund the charge and impose penalty on the driver for the inhuman behaviour.But Old declined to refund. What remedial course of action I shd take.

A. Dear Sir,
Before you proceed further, please have a look, what drivers are supposed to do and what not.
If you feel you are right then file a consumer case.
If not, then think of a change of Policy in a different forum.

A. There is no refund policy,Ola Cab Company may impose penalty on the Driver depending upon your complaint.Legally once you have droped on your destination your services comes to an end.
