What will be next step once police filed FIR under section 34,498-A,406,504
A.In case of lodging a FIR u/s.34,498-A,406,504 of IPC, the investigating authority enquires the allegations and they may direct you to report to them for interrogation and recording your statement. On closure of investigation and submission of FRT by Police before the Court, if the Court feels it necessary for the sake of justice can issue a warrant of against you. In that case you need to obtain an anticipatory bail against the said W/A.
