sir ,we had one house in delhi of 150 gaj which is previously on the name of my grandfather means he had the power of attorney but then he transferred the attorney to my grandmother and then they gave 70 gaj of that 150 gaj land ownership to my father by their own choice, that of power of attorney but my father soon filed the land registry procedure and then its been 1 year that my father has registry and intkaal of that 70 gaj land but now after 1 year due to some issues in home ..my grandfather and grandmother are saying that they want their land back and they will file police case over the fact that my father took ownership of that property through fraud without their permission but its completely false statement..so if they complaint in police .will police take action over that regardless of the fact that 70 gaj land is registered with my father with intkaal too

A.Hello,
As per the infromation you have mentioned you need not to worry about the police, if you the registered document in your name and your grand parents have done it with with their free will and consent in your name.
