Lockdown rent due

I am doing business in waqf property of padamugal jamath from 2017 monthly rent of 125000/- and security deposite of 18 months rent (22,50,000) for 10 year lease agreement. In 2020 lockdown i can pay the rent and 2022 i got some discount on rent dues and settle all the dues at 14 lakh i am paying 5 lakh immidiatly and balance 9 lack is current rentdue. Current situation i cant to pay the due.
The jamath commitee suit againt me at tribunel . Now the amendment act required only 6 months security deposite only. Can I settle my dues with my 18 months security to 6 month security. What should i do for continuing business ? I have 5 year lease agreement left.
