Mujhe work India app. Se call aaya ki HDFC Bank me Back Office ke liye vacancy hai , so after unhone documents security ke liye 500 rs pay krne ko kaha me Kiya aur kaha ki refundable hai ,fir verification, online test , Mumbai se call aaya so unhone details mangi & documents verification kiya and bola ki 4500 pay krne ko rahega , mene Pusa kis liye ? So kaha ki aapke documents secure rakhenge and ye refundable hoga today 5 oclock evening me , lekin. Return nahi huye , ab wo return nahi huye. Pls advise me - what can I do?

Aap fraud k sikar ho chuke hai. Koi bank yaa fir dusra company itna paisa kabhi charge nehi karta hai. Kuch Kuch jagah mein form filling ka dena parta hai par wo itna nehi hota hai.
Aap turant police station mein FIR karwaiye. Jo company hai usko ek legal notice send kijiye.
Baad mein wakil se baat kar k, consumer forum mein case kijiye.

Mene cybercrime me 1930 pe call karke complaint ki hai so aage me police' station me FIR book kravu ya nahi ? HDFC BANK ko legal notice bheju froud related . consumer court me bhi case krna pdega ? Mujhe ye nahi pta ki sab process sath me kru ya fir FIR krne se consumer court me karyvahi automatically hogi

FIR kijiye pehele uske baad sare steps follow kijiye. Better hai aap kisi advocate ko appoint kijiye. Legal notice toh 100% bhejna padega.
