Sir...I taken a loan of 10000rs from Pocketly ,but I couldn't pay back due to some financial issues.I taken loans from some fake Chinese loans apps also ,they harassed and black meeled me a lot and losted some money in that...so I couldn't pay back the loans on pocketly ....I emailed to their company also regarding this ...but no proper response...what should I do Sir...My loans are only 27days late...will they take legal action against me ....??
A.In case of non-payment of dues against loan, loan sanctioning authority may legal action against you for recovery of dues through Court and you have to face legal consequences apart from other harassment.
