Discrimination between MBBS and BAMS doctors

I'm a BAMS qualified doctor and an employee of a hospital designated as a Sr.Clinical Assistant . In this setting, am i junior than a MBBS consultant of my same age? Are the BAMS doctors considered juniors with respect to their designation?
A.Dear Client,
Both th degrees are awarded by the different authorities as per their independent constitution. In case it appears to you that the status and value of both degrees are contradictory and found yourself as a victim of discrimination, filed an application before the concerned hospital where you now engaged seeking clarification on the subject matter and in case you are not satisfied with the clarification, you may seek the information from the concerned authority who awarded the degrees filing an application under Sec.6(1) of Right to Information Act, 2005
