My current Company is asking me to serve 90 Days Notice Period.
But in my Appointment Letter it is mentioned that Either Party can terminate their contract by giving 60 days notice or Lieu of Payment of gross Salary.
I asked Company for early relieving but they are asking me to Pay the 90 days salary for not serving Notice period.
I'm planning to submit the company assets and leaving without serving any Notice period.
Would this cause me a problem in future, also i don't want to pay 90 days salary to my company.

Kindly suggest what can be done?

A.Dear Client,

Relationships between Employer and employee are governed by the contract of employment i.e, offer letter, when in the offer letter 60 days' notice requires for leaving the employment, you need to abide by the said condition of the offer letter. If you plan for abandon the job without serving notice to the Company in breach of the terms of your offer letter, the Company can take disciplinary action against you for breach of contract and for unauthorized absence apart from other legal recourses claiming compensation for damages/injury caused to Company for your arbitrary action. So, decide your steps wisely considering your career prospect.
