A.Hello,
As per the information you have mentioned, In case of violation of a contractual agreement, you can file a lawsuit against the employer for wrongful termination in the Labour Court. The court can order the employer to restore you at your job and pay damages for wrongfully terminating you.

A.Dear Client,
If you joined the Company with an offer letter go through the conditions of said offer letter that govern the relationship between an employer and employee. In case there is a stipulation like either party can terminate the contract or job should serve 60 days notice period in lieu of notice pay. Then you need to serve 60 days notice period at the time of tendering your resignation to avail the settlement benefits and relieving letter from the Company. If an employee is terminated by the Company it becomes a stigma that adversely affects the service career of the employee, So, normally, when your service is not required by the Company, they call the employee for submission of resignation following the notice period.
