I was aged 16 when a FIR complaint was been registered against me since I was a victim of cyber crime. Am I eligible to apply for Police Clearance Certificate or I am suppose to seal my case in the court? Will I have to face further consequences? I left the police station with my parents after I was asked by the police inspector to write a letter stating that I have plead guilty.
